JOHN CHAMPAGNE: Sustainable Living and Permaculture 

JJohn Champagne has been involved in permaculture for over 17 years. Currently working as a designer and teacher, John is passionate about helping others make the move from being dependent consumers toward responsible producers.

 

SHARON CORNTHWAITE: Silversmithing and Jewellery 

Sharon is the tutor for our very popular Silversmith and Jewellery courses. Sharon studied glass and silversmithing at the ANU Institute of the Arts and has a wealth of knowledge about contemporary arts and crafts. Her work is original and innovative and she has a love affair with found objects. She also enjoys cake, especially at Bega’s RED cafe.

 

KATHLEEN McCANN: Permaculture

Kathleen is a dedicated permaculture enthusiast. She has lived in the Bega Valley for over 10 years and loves the community spirit and wealth of knowledge from it's inhabitants. "I felt like I came home when I moved here in '97", said Kathleen. She has been a graphic designer and artist in the past, but is now concentrating on spreading the knowledge about living a sustainable and happy life using permaculture techniques.

 

JANET MENEFY: Astrology

The study of Astrology is an ancient tradition across many cultures and spiritual philosophies. Janet has more than 20 years experience in developing and reading astrological charts, and is a member of the Association of Professional Astrologers.

DANIELLE PIRRIE: Portraiture

Danielle has studied and worked in the Visual Arts and Education areas since 1985. She is widely travelled, and brings a wealth of knowledge of portraiture, painting and drawing to her popular classes. This year she will be teaching both Introductory and Continuing Portraiture classes at the Bega Bowling Club Art Annexe.

  

MARK SANDERS: Multimedia

Mark teaches our very popular Creative IT classes, including Digital Photography and 3D Animation. He runs his own business, Seawind Writing and Production, and has specialist skills as a Director/Producer, in Course Development, Scriptwriting and teaching and training in film and television. Mark  is also an active member of the FSCCC Board of Management.
